As a follow-up to the recent article I submitted regarding vitamin D and long-term effects on cancer and heart disease we find another very interesting relationship and need for vitamin D and producing good sleep.

While the research has not reached a definitive conclusion on the statistical benefit of various meditation techniques on cardiovascular health, this author, a long time meditation practitioner, is convinced of its overall beneficial effects.
